Parakeet provides "enterprise solutions for Multi-Dwelling Unit Owners and Managers to improve the resident experience and decrease expenses using our smart home automation technology". Parakeet approached us because they needed help designing and building new mobile apps for their home automation offering for apartment building owners. The mobile apps integrate with the hardware in the apartment or condo and allow managers and tenants to manage their home automation devices from anywhere in the world.
